“二手房”英语怎么说

房价始终是万众瞩目的焦点。一份数据显示，全国70个大中城市6月份房屋销售价格同比上涨7.1%；数据同时显示，二手房6月份的销售价格同比上涨7.8%，涨幅比5月高1个百分点。

The sales prices of pre-owned houses jumped by 7.8 percent in June. That was one percentage point higher than in May. Shenzhen and Beijing are still among the top four cities in terms of price hikes, with growth rates of 16.1 percent and 9.4 percent, respectively.

报道中的“pre-owned house”指的就是“二手房”。

“Pre-owned”在此表示“used”，“secondhand”。由此，与“新房”（newly-built house）相对的“二手房”也可表达为“secondhand house”。

此外，“二手房”的说法还有很多，比如：resale home，existing home，或者previously owned home，都是比较常用的表达。
