  Hill: So do I. Bye.

措辞要礼貌、谦逊,尽量用“Please…”,“Would you please…”,“Would you mind…”,“Could you…”

  Who is calling please?
  Who is speaking please?
  Whom am I speaking to?
  May I have your name?
  What name shall I give?
Who shall I say is calling, please?
如不合适,首先要道歉,可以说“I’m sorry to call you this time of the day.”或“I’m sorry to have waken you up.”
I should have come and seen you to tell you the details, but I’m tied up these days.”
