书信正文一般分为三个部分
(1) Introduction 介绍
英文原文：To avoid abruptness and impoliteness, the first part of the body is often a brief introduction, informing the reader why you are writing or what the letter is about by referring to previous letter, contract or document.
注释：abruptness: 突然, 唐突, (举止, 言谈等的)粗鲁无理 impoliteness: 无礼，粗鲁 brief: 简单的，简短的，简洁的 inform: 告知，通知，告诉 refer to: 提到，查阅 previous: 在前的，早先的
中文意思：为了避免唐突无礼，正文的第一部分通常是做一个简短的介绍，告知阅信人你写信的原因或书信的内容，并提及以往的信函、合同或者单据。
(2) Details 详细叙述部分
英文原文：Details provide information in a logical order. Usually key ideas are given before less important points. It also includes the answers to questions asked by the other party, including actions to take and the actions that have been taken, indicating enclosure or else.
注释：ask for information: 打听消息 key: 关键的 idea: 意见，想法，主意 action: 行动，行为，态度 indicate: 指出，表明，显示 enclosure: 随信附件 else: 别的，其他的
中文意思：按逻辑顺序列出详细的信息。通常关键的问题观点要放在次重要的观点前面。这部分还包括你对对方提出问题的回答，以及将要采取的行动和已经采取的行动，指出随函附件或者其他信息。
(3) Close 结尾段落
英文原文：This is the closing paragraph of the body. It is usually a single sentence to indicate the end of the body in a courteous manner.
注释：courteous: 有礼貌的, 谦恭的 manner: 态度，举止;礼节
中文意思：这一部分是正文的结尾段落。通常单独的一句礼貌的话语表示出正文的结尾。
7)Complimentary close 结尾敬语，结尾客套话
英文原文：The complimentary close serves as a polite, complimentary transition from the end of the message to your personal signature.
注释：polite: 有礼貌的, 客气的, 有教养的 complimentary: 赞美的;表示敬意的;问候的 transition: 过渡，转换 personal signature: 个人签名
中文意思：以礼貌、敬意的方式做结尾敬语，从信函信息结尾过渡到你的个人签名部分。
