　　四、《跟单信用证统一惯例600》中主要修订部分
　　相对于UCP500，UCP600针对一些重要的但不明确的问题做出阐明，它们之间不同之处主要在于UCP600更加清楚的解释了一些重要的问题，而不是实际修改一些内容，这些修订的部分如下：
　　1)Articles 1~2 of the UCP 600 (UCP600第1~2条)
　　英文原文：Unlike the UCP500, the UCP600 does not apply unlessit is expressly mentioned in the text of the L/C. Article 2 of the UCP600 gives a list of definitions including some substantive elements。
　　注释：unlike: 不想，和…不同 apply: 适用 unless: 除非 expressly: 明白地, 清楚地 mention: 提到, 说起, 提及 a list of: 一系列的 substantive: 实质性的，本质的 element: 要素，成份，部分
　　中文意思：不同于UCP500, 除非信用证中明确规定，UCP600均适用(除非信用证明确修改或排除，本惯例各条文对信用证所有当事人均具有约束力。)UCP600中的第2条对包括一些实质性部分做出了一系列定义。
　　2)Article 14 of the UCP600 (UCP600 第14条)
　　英文原文：This article describes the standard for examination of documents by the banks. For the examination of documents, the banks now have a maximum of five banking days following the day of presentation, and no longer the “reasonable time not exceeding 7 banking days”.
　　注释：standard: 标准，规范，准则 examination of document: 单据审核 a maximum of :最多的是(maximum: 最大量，最大数)banking day: 银行营业日 presentation: 呈递 no longer: 不再 reasonable time: 合理期限 exceed: 超过，超出
　　中文意思：条款规定了银行单据审核的标准，单据审核标准为从交单次日起至多五个银行工作日用以审核交单，不再是“合理期限不超过7个银行工作日”。
　　英文原文：The deletion of the criterion of “reasonable time…” might mean that that traders have to accept that banks, despite an earlier decision on conformity, could now wait for the fifth day to pay the L/C amount to the seller.
　　注释：deletion: 删除 criterion: 标准, 准则, 规范(=standard) despite: 不管，虽然，尽管 decision: 决定，决议 conformity: 符合，一致
　　中文意思：“合理期限…”标准的取消，可能意味着现在尽管早于五个银行工作日银行已确定单据相符，但是交易者必须等到银行在第五个工作日向卖方支付信用证款项。
　　英文原文：Furthermore, and in order to reduce instances of discrepancies, Article 14 (d) of the UCP600 relating to the issue of standard of examination now clarifies that data in a document, when read in context with the credit, the document itself and international standard banking practice, need not be identical to, but must not conflict with data in that document, any other stipulated document, or the L/C. This replaces the old text of “inconsistencies on the face of the documents” applied by the UCP500.
