Salutation 称呼
英文原文：In salutation, the formal way is to use the title and the last name of the person. The informal way is to use the first name of the person.
注释：salutation: 一封信开头的呼语，称呼 formal: 正式的，合礼仪的 last name: = surname姓 informal: 不正式的，不拘礼节的 first name: 名
中文意思：信函开始的称呼中，正式的方法是称呼对方的头衔和姓。较随意的称呼方法是称
呼对方的名字。
例如：Dear Professor/Mr. Li (正式)
例如：Dear Allen (随意)
