Through B/L(联运提单），也叫做海上联运提单，它是指货物从装货港到卸货港，在中途卸船，交给其他承运人用其他船舶接运至目的港的提单，也就是说期间涉及到两个以上的船运公司，需要中途转船。也可以称为Transshipment B/L.
而Multimodal Transport B/L和Combined Transport B/L都是指多式联运提单，他是包括海上运输在内的两种或多种运输方式，超出了海运的范围。所以D更为合适。
