入境人员应按检验检疫机关的要求，如实填报健康申明卡，出示有效的传染病预防接种证书、健康证书或其他有关证件。
患有艾滋病、性病、麻风病、精神病、开放性肺结核的外国人禁止入境。
来华居留期在一年以上的外国人，须在入境后一个月内到指定的检验检疫机构体检。
在国外居留三个月以上的中国公民，须在入境后一周内到指定检验检疫机构体检。
出境人员应到检验检疫机关了解前往国家或地区的传染病流行情况并接受相应的预防接种、预防投药等旅行卫生保健。
Health and Quarantine
