Take it in stride.
你要泰然处之。
take it in stride 字面意思是：“大步走”，我们可以想象在危机或困难面前，一个人还能大步流星、从容不迫，没有方寸大乱。这个词组原本表示“轻而易举做某事”，冷静处理某事”的意思，引申为“从容应付，泰然处之”。因此，当美国人说"Take it in stride."时，他/她要表达的意思就是:"Take it easy."、"Don’t take it too serious."、"Just calm down and don’t get anxious."。
