What is important when organizing a business reception?
? Hosts
Although beautiful girls and handsome boys are pleasant, they’re able to pay the roles of waiters and waitress only at grand occasions like a business reception. What we need for host and hostess are experience grown-ups who can cope with any situations.
? Food provided
Chinese people are famous for our hospitalities. We usually give a grand banquet to entertain distinguished guests. Chinese cuisine is delicious and healthy, so it’s no problem for us to please the visitors.
? Entertainment
Besides eating and drinking, our guests need more. To liven things up, we’d better call up a host of singers, dancers and even acrobats if possible to offer them a pleasant surprise.
? Souvenir
People would be happy when they receive something for free. We can take advantage of this psychology to win them over. By handing out unique souvenirs, your #pany could be remembered longer.
