I’m going to describe a situation.
A #pany is planning to introduce a general training program for new staff. Talk together about the topics the #pany could include in the program and decide which 3 things you think are most important.

Equipment
Since the equipments are hi-tech and #plex. The #pany should instruct the staff how to use it. The staff should know how to maintain the equipment they use, and how to deal with the little problem they might encounter.
Computer skills
The staff should know #puter structure and the software they will use. Basic skill is typing both English and Chinese. They must know how to use the internet, how to send and receive e-mails.
Company organization
Let the staff know the #pany structure, what sort of work that any department does. Then the staff may know the relationship between the departments. They will know better that how to cooperate with each other.
Company rules
The #pany rules play an important role in the routine work. It’s very strict that any staff who breaks it will get trouble. Learn to follow the rules is the very thing the staff do every day.
