【语言点精讲】
on the ball: 通常指一个人手中有很多要做的事，处于一种很忙碌的状态，但是忙得井井有条。
the goods:在口语中可以用来指真正的货物，也可以用来代指information。说某人get the goods，是指这个人对某事很在行，肚子里很有货。这是一种比较不礼貌的俚语用法。
know the ropes: 知道事情的真相(或窍门，做法，规则)；熟悉(某种社会的)内情；懂得(某种行业的)窍门；很内行。
procedure: 步骤，程序。
trick: 诀窍，窍门。
